Limitations of  Liability

Maple Lab Systems Inc or any of its affiliates and subsidiaries shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, loss of business or profits in any of the event thereby.

Warranty Limitations

Maple Lab Systems Inc makes no warranties, express or implied, and disclaims all other warranties, including without limitation implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and conformity to models or samples except as specifically set forth therein.

Prices

All prices are in Canadian Dollars, F.O.B - Mississauga, Ontario. Maple Lab Systems Inc is not responsible for typographical mistakes and or errors. Prices are subject to change without any prior notice.

Shipping Fees/Charges, Deliveries and applicable Taxes

A Separate charge for shipping will be shown on Maple Lab Systems Inc invoice(s). You are responsible for all applicable Government, Sales and or other taxes associated with the order. If applicable, the taxes charged will be shown separately on Maple Lab Systems Inc invoice. Maple Lab Systems Inc will not be responsible at all for delays in delivery due to events beyond its control, including shortage of materials, labor strikes, transportation failures or acts of God. 

Terms of Payment

Payment Terms are set within the sole discretion of Maple Lab Systems Inc and unless otherwise agreed to by Maple Lab Systems Inc, all the payments must be received by Maple Lab Systems Inc prior to Maple Lab Systems Inc acceptance of an order. Payment for the products will be made by valid credit card, Pay-Pal, authentic wire transfer, or some other prearranged payment method unless credit terms have been negotiated and agreed to by Maple Lab Systems Inc. Invoices are due and payable within the time period noted on the invoice, calculated from the date of the invoice. Maple Lab Systems Inc may bill/charge parts of an order on a separate Invoice. Orders are not binding upon Maple Lab Systems Inc until accepted by Maple Lab Systems Inc. Any quotations submitted by Maple Lab Systems will be valid for the period as mentioned on the quotation. Customer agrees to pay full interest on all past-due payments at the highest rate permitted by the law.

Components

The product you buy contains components that are new or equivalent to new in accordance with the industry standards, unless you are buying a reproduced product.

Title & Risk of Loss

The responsibility of Risk of loss and Title to products passes from Maple Lab Systems Inc to you completely upon delivery to the carrier. 

Amendments/Applicable Law

These terms and conditions may not be amended except by a formal written agreement signed by both parties. These terms and conditions, your access to and use of the Website, and all related matters are governed solely by the laws of Ontario Province in Canada.
