Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping Charges

 

Shipping charges are calculated based on the actual weight, distance traveled, type of shipping service and or a carrier you select. Our designated carriers are UPS, FEDEX, Canada Post & Purolator.

All shipments are F.O.B. shipping point. Shipping method is determined by the size and weight of each item. Items of differing size and weight may ship independently, by different methods, even if ordered together. Items that are large or heavy will be sent by truck. There is a minimum $150 shipping fee for truck deliveries. Someone must be present to accept truck deliveries. Standard truck delivery is to a dock facility designed to receive freight.
Residential deliveries, lift gate, or inside deliveries are available for an additional charge.


Unless otherwise stated, freight and shipping fees will be charged for shipments using a carrier of our choice. Any extra charges incurred for additional services, such as customers carrier or special handling by the carrier, must be paid by the consignee. Items back ordered from an order qualifying for prepaid shipping charges will be shipped prepaid. Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon tender of shipment to the carrier. In the event of LTL damages we follow the National Motor Freight Classification laws.

Transit Time - When order is placed, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you prefer.

 
   

Collect Shipments 

 

We will gladly ship via your specified carrier however; we will not ship with certain carriers due to poor experience. Please contact us for additional questions or concerns

 

Returns Policy

 


If you are not satisfied with a product, contact us within 15 days of receipt. A refund will be arranged excluding freight charges upon inspection. Custom-cut, custom built or special items such as glassware, accessories, consumables and regularly stocked items are excluded. Returned merchandise must be shipped in original packaging, freight prepaid, unused, and in resalable condition and are subject to 18% restocking fee. Before returning product, call (905) 900-0556 for a Return Merchandise Authorization. We inspect all returns and reserve the right to refuse credits on damaged, misused or non-resalable items.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) All returns require an RMA number which must be arranged in advance by calling our office at (905) 900-0556. Please have the following information on hand when calling:

  • Customer name

  • Invoice number

  • Serial number (if applicable)

  • Reason for return

Your only obligation is the freight charge and stocking fee where applicable, provided your return is complete with original packaging, all documentation, warranty cards, accessories etc. Maple Lab Systems reserves the right to authorize product returns after 15 days have passed from the invoice date. If the product is accepted after this period, it is subject to a 18% restocking fee and credit will be issued toward future purchase only. Leased items are not returnable.

Shipping and Handling
For any returns, shipping and handling charges (if applicable) are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for shipping charges on the returned merchandise and should ship the product using a method that allows the package to be traced. The shipment should also be insured. If an order ships prior to the cancellation request, the customer is responsible for any freight charges incurred.
