TF1400cvd.100 is the 1-zone 100 mm OD stationary furnace configuration from Across International's TF1400 Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) tube furnace line. The live Across page describes this system as using Mitsubishi (Japan) high-quality alumina fiber insulation and silicon carbide (SiC) heating elements inside a dual-wall steel housing to help minimize heat loss.

Furnace operation is controlled by a Eurotherm (UK) digital controller with built-in communication port for PC-based remote control and monitoring. Across also notes controller options where the `3204` supports 8 segments and the `3504` supports 50 segments for ramp-and-dwell programming.
