A set of 13mm diameter (ID) hardened steel trapezoidal split sleeve dry pressing die set for pellet presses, designed to make 13mm cylinder-shaped pellets.

Includes:

  • Four 13mm diameter cylinder-shape core dies made of highly polished hardened steel
  • One outer sleeve with trapezoidal inner wall
  • Three trapezoidal inner sleeves
  • One support plate
  • Two push rods
  • One pellet ejector

Usage Notes:

  • Always wear protective goggles during operation
  • Clean the die set thoroughly with absolute ethyl alcohol after use
  • Store in a dry box with silica gel to prevent rust and contamination
  • Do not exceed recommended pressure limits
